We are looking for lab space or to share with another group. We ideally need C1/D1 certification for insurance purposes. Our needs are modest: 600-800 sq ft - enough to fit four 50L reaction vessels and at least two rotavaps (50L). In addition to PhD (chem. Phys.), we’re excellent contractors and I have personally built out four labs. 208 3P power is an obvious must.
Any suggestions or leads are WELCOME! We can do New Haven, Boston area (south side), metro Providence is fine, too.
Lab schedule is as follows: in the first two months, every OTHER week, we will be in there working our asses off, as I am commuting between the east coast and the west every 10 days.
