- Responsible for helping the Laboratory Director define standard operating procedures and ensuring product quality is up to standards
- Jointly manage sales strategy alongside the Laboratory Director and the St. Ann General Manager
Laboratory Director:

Responsible for overall operations of the laboratory, including the optimization of production through proper management and organization

Develops and implements standard operating procedures pertaining to safety, training, cost efficiency, compliance, waste removal, inventory tracking, and quality control

Operates more complex and/or hazardous equipment and protocols than Laboratory Technicians are capable of

Oversees the training of Laboratory Technicians on operating equipment and following standard operating procedures safely and effectively.
Laboratory Technician:
- Responsible for supporting the Laboratory Director in optimizing production and maintaining a safe environment
- Operates equipment and follows standard operating procedures including but not limited to cleaning, running equipment, setup, breakdown, maintenance, tracking, handling chemicals, and quality control
- Reports to Laboratory Director and provides feedback on improving protocols.
Head of Manufacturing:

Oversees preparing and packaging of all finished product to be ready for sale

Manage a team of entry-level packaging/product technicians (Manufacturing Technicians) that prepare the product for sale

Responsible for team adherence to standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, cleaning, packaging quality, material handling, and product storage
Manufacturing Technician:

Prepares and packages of all finished product to be ready for sale

Responsible for adherence to standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, cleaning, packaging quality, material handling, and product storage
Compliance Specialist / Inventory Manager:
- Manages inventory of concentrate, oil, and finished products
- Manages compliance for incoming biomass and outgoing sales in METRC
- Ensure adherence to compliance SOPs by technicians in everyday operations
