Lab does not come with facility,
For an additional cost the option available for reset up with plumbing and electricity as well as training of SOP’s
Also, if you don’t show up with cash in hand, but would like to present some cash down and a payment plan we could do it for $420,000. This is first come first serve whoever shows up first.

Appreciate everyone who is inquiring about the turnkey lab sale, I know it is an incredible price for such high-quality equipment in the industry many of you are inquiring about piecing out some of the turnkey lab. We are not rulling out this option, but we do have several serious groups that are coming within the next, few days to confirm inventory and are currently putting together purchase agreement contract. This does not mean that The lab is already gone so please stay tuned put together your wish list along with your offer so that we can put you in the queue expecting to receive purchase agreements by the middle of next week once we review them and , complete negotiations we will give you an update on whether the pieces of equipment that you are interested in are available or not
Also, we will be offer currently. The offer on the table is $225,000 for the entire turnkey lab. We have not signed any purchase agreement or contract yet if you have a better offer, you’re welcome to take first position in a purchase agreement at this point, although after the beginning of next week, this option may not be available.
We also are not doing financing Unless you have $175,000 cash to put down and $350,000 will be the sale price

Should know by end of the next week if full lab sells as a turn key unit, after this week we will piece out remainder equipment,
