The main reason is to get it off the ground in case of a flood. However, i do move it around depending on the various products needed that week. also, i don’t necessarily want my team bending over all day to get product in and out of it. And lastly i think it will look more professional for someone who may be touring the lab.

If you’re going to the sake of custom building a wheeled perch, consider trying to use the space you create for filtration or solvent storage or housing the pump…
