Ethanol recovery with Megahome Countertop Water Distiller Distillation

Does anyone have any experience with using a Megahome Countertop Water Distiller or similar (like the co2 brand I attached) for reproofing and/or recovery? My state only offers 150 proof so denatured or reproofing is a must and i need a recovery process for winterization. I could spring for a rotovap at some point soon but correct me if I’m wrong it doesn’t seem necessary if all I want to do is reproof and recover this should do the trick just fine. I’m assuming I can just use a potentiometer …
