If you used the bubble bags with dry ice you likely fractured a good amount of the undesirables through the mesh because the dry ice makes the material too brittle. Amazon yourself a washer machine.
Well Its been about a year and what a busy year I have had. So I last posted I had gotten setup with a bvv 1lb Apollo. Which I got and learned to use… I have really found a niche in the diamond/sauce world for myself. Here are some of the normal drops I’m getting these days, pictured, mind you all my numbers are coming from primary trim only; no bud and no fans. The fire in and out adage still applies and you can see yields vary anywhere from a single OZ/lb blown. Up to 2-2.5 OZ/lb blown. Totally just depends… I do use the bvv in-line filter pack usually with a light filter, the clear stuff pictured was with a medium, and I am a firm believer in the dewaxing column/keeping material frozen until recovery. I also am doing a cold drop in a freezer with remaining dry ice for 24hrs. Prior to the “growing stage” as I refer to it. Basically use the bvv splatter platter with their lid for the mining process. Pull it out of the loop extractor and place the lid on it and charge with nitrogen. Sit it and forget for two weeks to a month then purge. Again using a bvv oven for this as well. Be happy to get anyone more details on process or equipment used but enough of the chit chat here’s the goods:
So what you’re saying is you gave up on solventless
Pretty much… LOL
hardest thing you will have to learn is not everything presses or washes equally. you need to find proper varieties first to dial in your tech
Dont think I care anymore when I’m making sauce like I am… Thanks though…
