I watched a lavender harvest and processing video a few weeks ago that was pretty neat. I was thinking Cannabis may be similar. But I think it was steam distillation.

Plus plus CRISPER. Ideally delivered by an infectious agent with gene-drive style inheritance of the trans gene.
The earlier incarnation of this plan involved infectious sterility based on antibodies to human oocytes. By expressing oocyte proteins in the potatoes used by a major fast food chain 
I think lowering the birth rate based on nutritional choices is probably a better idea than making everyone “smarter” across the board, but who knows…

Read a couple of studies that were actually kind of scary. They linked genes with predisposition to certain human behaviors.
