TN Compounds LLC (Formerly Qualis Standard) is a Biomass Extraction facility in Jackson, Tennessee (West TN). The operation has a fully operational staff with 2 lab shifts and an extraction team. Our Operations Manager with a chemistry backgrounds contract is coming to an end and we are looking for a replacement that has management experience and is familiar with Rolling Film Distillation, Short Path Distillation, Isomerization, Solvent Recovery, and Cold Extraction. The facility is 75,000 sq ft and fully operational. Please note we have personnel with experience in the facility and the ability to bring in contractors for additional training if required, the primary ask is for someone with management experience and familiar with laboratories. We can also provide housing if required during transition.

We just got our chillers on the extraction up, and a 100 gph nano membrane which are the last machines we need to complete our operation. We will be at around 800 -1000 kg of cbd isolate monthly. We have the ability to do D8 an a few other operations, but need to bring in someone to replace our lead operations manager / chemist.
