General Warehouse Labourer (Ontario)

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized individual for our full-time warehouse position to join our team of professionals.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Warehouse Attendant, you will be responsible for making sure our warehouse runs smoothly and providing customers with an outstanding experience. This is a position for an employee who is highly self motivated, works well with a team, and is ideal for those that would like to experience a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing incoming shipments of LP-gases for sale to our industrial customers
- Vacuum purging LP-gas cylinders and handling compressed/flammable gases.
- Preparing outgoing orders of LP-gases and dry ice (shovelling into bags)
- Operating Forklift (we will train if necessary)
- Driving the company vehicle for pick ups, deliveries and shipments
- Keeping warehouse tidy
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Cleaning and refurbishing compressed gas cylinders
- Assisting Operations Manager in sorting and inputting incoming inventory
- Assisting Operations Manager in assembling and shipping out outgoing orders
- Ensuring no inventory is kept in the isles and maintained a high health & safety standard
- Picking orders for Customers
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate should have experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience driving light duty or cab-over city delivery trucks is highly valued
- Experience with extraction process an asset
- Excellent communications skills, both in verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and in an ethical manner
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Experience in customer service an asset
- Strong work ethic, energetic, positive attitude and flexible
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and clean driving record

**14 Vacation days per year
**Wage Range: $20-$22 per hour
