People post your resumes on the site, there’s a space for it. Put on the title what position and what state your looking for. In the body put the salary your looking for and a little background about yourself

“Tradtional market” is the churched up version of “black market”…

Is there a term to replace “legal market” in this case?
Probably call it recreational market or medical market. Whichever one you’ve got experience in.

“Traditional” is the most oft used euphemism around here.
I like “imperial” (as opposed to METRC).
Maybe have a specialist assist you?

You’re correct, you’re not the first to encounter this particular problem. However, most of those on the hiring end are aware that there are only so many places experience could have come from…so be honest, and be discrete. List your skills. Not necessarily where you got them. Be clear which regulatory matrix you met if you did. Skip it if you didn’t.

This right here should motivate every one of Ya’ll who are thinking limiting beliefs.
The big household names were exactly where you were a few years ago but they put in the work and kept it professional and now they are heading legal facilities.
