You want cartridge that big? People use Vaporesso nicotine oil tank. Look for one that take CCELL ceramic.
We might be working on disposable around that volume 
Otherwise use pod that use ceramic coil like he suggest even though Smok make cheap product.

If you know anything about economics I believe having a best in class product is always beneficial to your business, but I understand most of these manufacturers would rather take the easy scammy way and earn quick money right now instead of turning into an industry standard and dominating the market for billions like CCELL.
