If she was taking berberine, she was most likely a Type 2 diabetic. Heart conditions tend to go hand in hand with poorly managed diabetes. Good chance the people pushing nutritional supplements had her on a bunch of other stuff along with the obligatory prescription meds Iām sure she was taking. Definitely the cbd that did it.
