Issue creating threads

What level is needed to start a new post here? The button is grayed out for me.

Open to all. Should be able to go to Security - Future4200 and select New Topic.

Can you try incognito mode / clearing cache? I just updated the settings. this looks like it might be a bug.

Hmm, I tried my couple test account, low levels, all could post.
I don’t see any restrictions on your account. Can you post in other categories?
