hello, we need help. what equipment do i need to turn our distillate into isolate ? we have our extraction machines and everything being built in our facilities . we are looking for a machine that will take our end product distillate or crude oil to isolate. is there companies that offer an isolate machine or can someone tell me what we need and the recipe to get to isolate ? any help would be very grateful!

Most commonly used piece of equipment for large scale is called a “jacketed reactor.”

I have all kind of isolate hardware. The best and fastest for CBD is Bertha mpd. Comes in 5,12,22 liter and soon 50 liter. Will take you to isolate with fast speeds.

We will be doing 400 pounds of biomass an hour. Is there a company that makes an isolate machine ?

Yes I am a partner in the business and trying to find the best deal for our labs. We already have our facilities and working with the group we want to use for our extraction equipment. We just don’t have a solution to get ours to isolate.
If you don’t know or understand the process how can you find the best deal? If I were you I’d hire a consultant. You can easily spend $100’s of thousands on isolation equipment between chillers, heaters, reaction vessels, ovens, filters, and so fourth. Feel free to DM me if you want specific’s

If not, before you get sold a bunch of equipment, I strongly suggest doing more searching here.

Scott’s Valley as in Santa Cruz? Grew up in Cupertino, was just there couple weeks ago. Next time out I’d like to see your shop. Getting a couple of short path here soon I could use your help on. It will just be the units so we’ll need all the other necessary equipment.
It really depend on what size you are running and what potency are you targeting to.
There are huge difference in making 99% CBD vs 99.9% CBD.

But if you looking for something higher, you will need a completely different machine.
we want to stay at 99.7 to 99.9 as pure as possible !

Why are you laughing ? Can you help us find the right equipment?
Because without a solid amount of experience and/or flash or centrifugal chromatography, on your budget it will be extremely difficult to consistently yield 99.7+ isolate.
