You might even win a legal battle, but in the interm you would likely get a cease and desist, and need to shut down your operation, all while your lawyers bleed you dry for your $7500 of CBD isolate project.
Probably not worth the risk, especially if you’ve got a business with assets and overhead already developed.
If you’re a sketchy mf and you got black market areas for this to go, it’s probably safer 
but I certainly wouldn’t ever recommend doing anything illegal
