Please elaborate, that would have been my goto if i had the budget for a freeze dryer

Bought a used one

It broke after a few runs

Sent it in for repair

THEY LOST IT. NO REFUND

Bought the 11k one. They sent me the 4K one. They sent me the 11k one like 14 weeks later. It was broken.

I sent It back in. Still broken. Got a refund

Never had a working freeze drier
