Who know of a good company to get a stand alone explosion proof fan from?

Lookin more for a stand alone one like the ones Bhogart sells, all i saw on grainger was wall mount ones. Ill keep lookin theough there website
This is a standalone can fan with an enclosed motor. I’ve seen something like this year’s ago and I know they’re used in painting.

Bhogart is the way to go or go on Alibaba or dhgate
try searching for them under racing equipment. NASCAR and shit uses them and theyre probably cheaper and more reliable than bhogarts. I’ve had bhogart fans and they’ve worked fine but yea.

The explosion proof ones are marked “EX.” Havent used any but if I do I was gonna go with one of these.

I use Allegro for mobile units and Dayton+Marathon for mounted units.
You can find Allegro setups with flexible ducts.
bhogart is no longer carrying the fans that they have for years. thats what Eric told me in eureka. I got an allegro and its way nicer than the bhogart ones. quite a bit pricier though, too. I’ve got two 12" bhogart fans for sale if you’re interested. I live in Humboldt

I actually just got a 10” for 180$ but it doesnt have the ducting is the only down side. Bhogart seems to have very lil, i havent been in there for yrs until a few weeks ago and saw Eric as they were getting ready to move down the street.
ya I really only go in there for random parts I need spur of the moment type stuff. I’ve got some extra 12" bhogart ducting laying around. do you know of a good welder around the area? I need something fixed on my tank.
I just grabbed one feom the beneficial living center today for 50$. I dont know a good welder off the top of my head, i havent welded in 15 yrs so i wouldnt feel comfortable welding a solvent tank.

Maybe a little nickpick, but the “EX” is likely ATEX certification, which may or (more likely) may not be recognized by your local fire marshal/AHJ.
