Isn’t this mother liquor typically one or two pass on a WFE from crude? It shouldn’t have any terpenes if it’s been distilled once or twice. Or is it a mother liquor that comes straight from crude?
I currently have 570 kg of mother liquor in stock, 9% D9 content, as well as CBD and minor cannabinoids.

I have some material en route that’s 36% varins and 30% D9THC to run through an interchim 5.105. Already tested a sample of the material in-house to confirm the above potencies. Material has already been remediated once, now attempting to provide PoC of scaled separation to remediate the other 20+L.

Couldn’t one just make a 2 layered gummy that can be peeled apart? Simply peel apart and discard the side without the goodies in it? Easy enough to implement, but how would it fly with the feds?
