looks a bit dark for sour… the nose is the real way to tell. Nothing compares. its the loudest weed ive ever been around.

if im betting. im betting against. still dark. the sour we use to get was like neon. blessed to have been around the 2 major cuts for 20 years. Just like the Black Haze. This is one of the other strains that made me who i am. I had the 89 cannabis club NL4, nirvanas WW cut. ive had some crazy elite strains in the past.
the only oil on my IG page is from sour and black haze. never really extracted any other strains… LOL

I agree. I recently got some cheap ass outdoor durban poison thats badly trimmed and it smokes better than any of the top shelf indoor douchebag premium cut bullshit ive had in years.
I am also beginning to suspect that indoor generally sucks unless your makin weed for instagram

I think indoor weed grow with leds is different than indoor weed grown with hps’s.

The first stuff looks pretty dark and dense, unlike sour. Foxtailly long and full of the tiny little single leaves brighter / light green buds
I talked to pleasanteffects in person a couple years back and he said the real sour is gone. That was enough for me to believe lol but who knows

What if the reason sour went away is the terpenes changed… need to bring back more seed grows man all these mono crops done got us here in the first place.. don’t get me wrong paying the bills is important but at what point is it bastardizing the plant in the name of being a “good steward” I’d say sour is not only a strain but a technique… just like any and all greats they are not gonna perform under blanket nutrient line ups that are geared for actual broccoli and lettuce. Everyone trying to invent the wheel again but it’s been here all along … nothing about growing actually changed we just changed our ways and in that the plants responded. Knowing the sours of the past I have seen a lot of sours that where in pheno hunt there was a lot of boof just grass terps typically just lawn clippings that get you ripped… the rare teprene profile that was soft incense inhale yet pure gas sour exhale was just that rare.. I think the only one we came close to back then was a Sowah from Karma… and it was still grassed the best one out of 6 female idk.. someone has it and they r keeping it lol that’s certain. Soon as they got it in TC it will be back across our great nation again.. let’s hope they do for the stewards we are wouldn’t be happy to let it go.. lots of us seek it out I’ve heard nothing but this for about a year now.. where the sour?
Not sure about that. I’ve seen the sour grown shitty as fuck plenty of times still have that deafening smell. This was mostly the way the sour I was extracting came. Fucked up grows that still had thca and a smell to kill for.
