Yes. The ones the came with, from AA and Heidolph respectively.
How much do you want for the short path? Where are you located?

Posting them under equipment in the classifieds (linked above) would be appropriate.
Sure…most folks would like them at a fraction of the new price.
Which you can probably find on the OEMs website.
If you want fair market value, go look at eBay to figure out what others are selling for.
Or even browse the classifieds here…

I considered that approach, but decided to interpret “is this a good place…” more literally given “and how do I price it?!?”
