Wow a $5K field review as well is not something I was expecting. I’m not suprised its more rigorous in other states but I wasnt aware that was a requirement. In OK its sarcastically unsafe and laxed
The field review is just an engineer coming on site to look at the equipment. That’s just what it costs generally after you fly them out, provide hotel, get the review done etc

The 50l ones look ideal for that task at ~20kg batch size. We went with a 30l and will likely replace the 2.5kW motor and drive (just toss the controller).
