Keep them seperate, so that u can market the terp gummies on all platforms. This is a great idea, i think u can take it a step further and get some other “active” ingredients in there to enhance it even more. Im not sure but maybe some sort of phospholipid/vitamin or something

The next step will be formulating other kinds of gummies with neutropics, other terpenes and mushrooms possibly. Thats one of the reasons i didnt want to put cannabinoids in them is because i can sell terpene gummies on just about any sales platform without a problem

my gripe with concentrated terpenes is that they are solvents at the end of the day and are not meant for edible consumption

I don’t think there’s any debate that concentrated terpenes can have negative health effects over long term exposure, but saying that they’re “solvents” isn’t really a specific critique and is just a slightly more educated version of the same scaremongering that would say something like “concentrated terpenes are chemicals and not meant for edible consumption”. D-limonene is a solvent, yeah… But so is water, or ethanol, or coconut oil. Don’t conflate “VOC” or “carcinogen” with “solvent”.

Take a look at extract consultants. Learned about them many years ago from greywolfs old sites and been using them since. They formulate lots of flavors / effects and used by a lot of large industries. I’ve been pleased with their water soluble flavors and effects. Testing others now.

Here is an article done by me and Rob Brown on cannabis terpene effects.

Rob Brown is president of Lebermuth, a fourth generation international supplier of essential oils and his son operates Extract Consultants, my go to source for terpenes.

Lebermuth also owns The Essential Oil Company here in Portland.

Received my samples today. Plenty enough to share around.

Blown away by the flavor on these. It’s like eating a mango Naked juice. Texture is nice as well.

No report on the effects as of yet, but I’m curious to see what the intensification is like. I’ll admit that I’m a bit skeptical based on prior anecdotal experiences, but I’d be glad to be surprised.

Think this is a great product idea and want to see what the other flavors are like.

I recommend eating 1 to 2 pieces 30 minutes to an hour before you consume your cannabinoids

Mango is one of my top sellers, i feel like that flavor is very unique. I dont eat mangos so i dont know how close it is to a real one but ive always gotten good feedback on it

Just ate 1/2 of one they taste great I’ll edit this with updates as I consume the bag.

Here’s a quick summary of Eybna’s Buuz water-soluble terpene blend. It’s built on our Receptor Activating terpene research and targets the same receptors as alcohol, providing a subtle, euphoric, and social-lubricant effect. Let me know if you’d like samples or the full white paper on this or our receptor-specific formulations.

Summary of Eybna’s White Paper On BUUZ

Overview:

Eybna, in collaboration with CORE, a division of Gat Foods and CBC (Coca-Cola Israel) has developed a line of terpene-infused functional beverages aimed at providing specific effects like mood elevation and relaxation without the negative side effects of alcohol. These beverages utilize scientifically-backed botanical terpenes to target specific biological systems.

Product Development:

The BUUZ line leverages Eybna’s Receptor-Specific Terpene technology, which selectively activates receptors in the body, such as CB1 (linked to euphoric sensation) and GABA (associated with relaxation). This targeted approach enhances the body’s natural entourage effect, delivering precise and consistent outcomes. The formulations are designed to interact with the endocannabinoid and GABAergic systems, among others, ensuring that the desired effects are achieved efficiently and safely.

Methodology:

  • Consumer Studies: Two double-blind, placebo-controlled studies were conducted to evaluate the effects of terpene-infused beverages.
    • Study 1: Involved 50 participants who consumed a 5 mg terpene blend in carbonated ginger ale.
    • Study 2: Involved 195 participants consuming a 2.5 mg terpene blend in carbonated ginger ale.
  • Findings:
    • Participants in Study 1 reported a significant increase in feelings similar to being “high” or “buzzed” compared to placebo.
    • Study 2 participants experienced significant relaxation 30 minutes after consuming the beverage with the 2.5 mg terpene blend.
    • Both studies showed minimal negative side effects, with no significant difference between the terpene-infused beverages and placebo in terms of adverse reactions.

Certifications and Compliance:

  • The terpene blends are GMO-free, kosher (OU), and made from all natural ingredients.
  • Manufactured in facilities that are ISO 9001 certified and compliant with FDA (U.S.), EFSA (European Union), and FEMA standards.

Conclusion:

Eybna’s terpene formulations offer a scientifically validated, safe, and effective alternative to traditional alcoholic beverages. These formulations can replicate desired sensory effects like mood elevation and relaxation, providing a new avenue for functional beverages in the wellness market. The products are developed under strict regulatory compliance, ensuring high quality and safety.

I received the samples and liked the taste of the Myrcene gummies. Two made me drowsy.

I titrated the other samples, which were also tasty, and my results suggest that the D-9 and psilocybin content is close if not precise.

There were enough that I sent some to others for testing and will reply back when I get their results.

Thank you for taking the time to review my products, it means a lot coming from an OG in the industry. Ill have some new profiles on the terpene gummies coming up if youd like to try some of those too. Want to do a sleep terpene gummy, an alleviate and a relaxation one. The myrcene ones were meant more to he an indica type high intensifier.

Thanks for the samples. I’ll try the Myrcene with other gummies for entourage effects and reply back.

IMO Myrcene is the couchlock in cannabis, so a little should go a long way. Take the lid off a bottle of Myrcene and take a few deep inhales of the vapors and watch what happens.

Have you experimented with Linalool gummies? Another terpene that THC often gets credit for its effects.

Linalool was the next one i was going to play with. My dad use to buy these gummies from nug that were a sleepy time thc gummy and they had Linalool in them and supposedly worked great for him so it peaked my interest. Wanted to try some Linalool with some L-Thianine and see how theyd work for a sleep gummy.

Some chelated magnesium and you would have a killer nutraceutical.

Our experiments with Myrcene and Linalool suggests that Myrcene is the couch lock and Linalool produces a peaceful in-harmony effect.

May I suggest that you dab the two terpenes and note the effects.

I would definitely be interested in trying some as would my crew, and I could provide some to @ky_cbd if he hasn’t had the chance to try them. It sounds like an interested concept for sure brother!

How does the myrcene taste in the gummy? I would be interested in seeing how it performs in a nanoemulsion. Taste would be the limiting factor if it imparts a bitter flavor which I assume it would.

Not noticeable at all in these gummies. The mango flavor is delicious and masks it well
