Distillate comes out stable when u run crude this way

U loose very small amount unless u used carbon…its the junk weight really

Agreed, this thread has been a ridiculously good learning experience, time to go through again and take notes Did a bit research on limestone being used as a filter for water as well as alcohol…makes me ponder the endless combos/ alternatives and possibilities with 3-D filter medias.

Sorry for the late reply. I’ve been doing just silica for a long time on both shatter and honeycomb, never had anything come out clear with just silica.

Bleaching clay
Celite.

In my dewax chamber is pvpp again. I still want to investigate this one more

On a side note how are you guys using those scrubbie pads?
Should I take some shears and cut them down the middle and pull them apart or just leave as a ball and stuff in place?
