In house testing

Does anyone perform their own in house potency testing (residual solvents, cannabinoids, terpenes) ?

yes. :joy:

I started beating folks over the head with that shortly after I got here

you can even tell what some of them are using…

Yes. Sri 310gc was best bang for buck.

I just wanted to check if the SRI 310 GC can detect the difference between THC and THCA? Analytical testing is moving so quickly I no longer know if this is still a limitation on a GC?

Thank you for sharing this video awesome. This is perfect.

Have been reading up on SCIEX, hellish expensive, but uploaded their compendium document for anyone interested in reading.

@square_root_pharms What is your opinion on NIR testing for in-house potency? How does testing precision and accuracy compare to GC? I have seen previous mention that if you run NIR you should be regularly calibrating results against HPLC (so you know your NIR is not crap or deviating)? Thank you for any comment or insight.

That’s outside of my wheelhouse of knowledge. The little I know about sri’s gc units is from research to piece and build my own cheap unit together.

Thanks appreciate the insight will report back once I have researched properly. Or if someone else knows.
