The right answer depends on a number of factors.
What are your inputs? Some techniques are more generalizable than others. Sample prep can get complicated for some inputs (eg:edibles).
How skilled is your operator? Some methods rely heavily on the operator for repeatability. Others not so much. In OR 3rd party labs are required to generatate statistics on accuracy for each technician. Same in CO I believe.
