A problem we run into is that customs brokers, certain financial institutions and even equipment vendors won’t deal with us because we provide services to the cannabis industry and they don’t want to run-afoul of USA laws and lose their ability to do business on both sides of the border.
Seeing as we sell equipment that is used in many industries this seems ridiculous.
Any tips for dealing with these situations and staying legal?
Supply Company = Auxillary equipment/consumables provider.
Name + Distribution = Good parent company name. CBD can be a Brand product name but you’re still facing an uphill battle compared to those smart with wording.
