Illinois is writing a cannibis omnibus bill right now. The word on the email groups today is that the rec weed political forces are trying to sneak a ban on d8 and all other non d9 “intoxicating cannabinoids” into the omnibus as a last minute emergency rule. Everything that isnt rec/med d9 would be banned within 30 days of the governor’s signature.
