iKrusher 1ml ccells

I’ve heard it myself but in my use haven’t noticed it. The only time iv broken one was trying to get the mouthpiece back off after pressing it on. Mine usually get sealed and shipped across the country (CBD legally)

With a bit of schooling, the material of glass is high borosilicate using in the market.
Very few manufacturers using quartz material instead of high borosilicate only if client require it but cost a little bit more round $0.06 for each.

Honestly I was super disappointed in iKrushers cartridges, they claimed a less than .01% failure rate, then sent me a sample package and I had 3 of 5 cartridges fail during use, tried multiple batteries. I really don’t see the point in paying extra for their product if it’s as bad and unreliable and in some cases worse than a leaky Chinese ccell, at least they fire. Everyone else in this thread seems to have really enjoyed iKrusher cartridges, am I missing something here? I had a 60% failure rate from their sample so idk wtf is going on.

Ive used the following with very few failures

I am using 82% dist, 5% cut and 13% terp

100 AC1003
800 AC1006
800 AC1007
just did a batch of 800 AC1014 fingers crossed

The only real complaint was that the AC1006 (Liberty v9 copy) hits too hard and at the end the oil is burnt

The ac1003 the holes are super small so any thick mix is very hard to hit, these carts are for cut oil mixes

the ac1007 is very nice but the way the chamber that holds the oil is designed allows for a big fat bubble that travels very fast so they look like theyre cut heavily even when theyre not when comparing the same mix in a different cartridge like say the ac1003 its crazy how much faster the bubble moves.

the ac1014 look pretty promising so far the cap is a bit too bulky for our auto capper so we had to do it by hand, but this could be solved by a bigger bit

if youre cutting your mix the ac1003

if youre not cutting it ac1007

I wasn’t too impressed with ikrusher. Specifically the 1006 Had probably 5/100 failures per 100 pack some the post was too far off center to screw together properly for a good seal. Some had the 510 thread center post not at the proper protrusion to make battery contact then if you tried to pull it out with pliers to fix it they would start leaking

They are about as fragile as any other glass cart. Your biggest worry is cracking the glass with the needle and then splitting it on capping

Are press in tip any good? Won’t they come apart?

What are the specifics of the oil loaded into the carts? This is a make/break factor in carts clogging/“failing”.

Just an update here. My 0.5 TUX’s are coming back from retailers. Looks like an issue with the threading. Going AVD on this next order.

Jupiter CCell on left
Qcell on right

Hits are a lot cooler than usual and feedback so far so good on them. (Qcell)

these press top CCells are almost impossible to put on without a special tool. I used a rubber hammer to get them on. I will never order them again there are so many additional steps (labor) vs the thread on tops with a screw gun and vape bit

Here is a side by side pic of the IDO Ccell clone with 4x1.5mm holes

$50 arbor press from harbor freight.

I was so hesitant to go press fit, but it’s like 2 seconds to put on the top.

and the bottoms come with the silicone protector off so you have to put those on as well

when im producing things on a wholesale level I like to think of it as 10 cents per touch. If you have to touch something an extra 1 or 2 times that will decrease productivity / add to the cost

If you press with the bottom on, and put any extra pressure, you chop right through the rubber bottom with the metal from the cart.

iKrusher has the easiest press-fit, but I did notice AVD has an “easy” press fit that need no arbor press.
