You did not post asking price? Is it 3 phase or 220? WhT all included or turn key
Asking 200,000 .Chiller and hydraulic press is included .
I like how it is well automated. I used one of these for years and it would take 10-15 minutes to flip the machine, and could get 4 runs done in a day by myself and only do about an hour of work.

It can process 6k flower a run. Terps first low temp subcritical break it back up put it in an oven decarb it run it at 2400 psi to get super critical oil. Yields @ 15%-22% run it 24 hr. It breaks down often ish but nothing bad you will need a smart person to be able to fix valves replace them and the actuators. Doing it this way you also have to winterize and filter everything

We got a 40L and the 200L I can run both and still have time for a lot.
200L does 12k every 5 hours. 300k in 3 days. Alittle over.
It’s a great machine I would invest into it. They have a good maintenance team.
But yeah man CO2 yields better than all our other methods. Even with the fats and waxes.
But it takes an extensive amount of post processing. You gotta winterize you gotta filter 3 times you got to recover the ethanol mix the terps back in it’s a process.

As far as guaranteeing percentages… I asked that because it’s somewhat of a loaded question. What I mean is you can’t guarantee any percentages whatsoever. The percentages are overwhelmingly dependent on the percentages on the flower going in. I know very little about the quality of the product you can get out of supercritical CO2 and I’m hoping it’s absolutely awesome. I hope everything works out great for you bro. Have a good evening.
It is more like 5kg unless you really smash it in there.
It depends on the material, but the yields are larger because you can lengthen the extraction time to get more extract. Also the CO2 will have significantly more wax than other extraction methods, especially if you are extracting for a longer time.
Has anyone had contact with IES recently? We have been emailing and calling for the past week and have not heard back.

IES user here. We havent been able to get into contact with them either, and i’ve talked to two other operators that have faced the same issue. Radio silence-- Not a good sign.
