I can help you build a regulated cannabis facility

I can do it all for you, help you do it yourself, or show you what I know.

That includes:

  • Site selection

  • Energy procurement

  • Power consulting

  • Utility interconnections

  • MEP engineering coordination

  • Retrofits and new construction

  • Planning and design

  • Equipment procurement

  • Logistics

  • Installation

  • Setup, integration and automation

  • Training and monitoring

I do as much as possible myself, including wiring, racking, structured cabling, networking, automation, cameras, access control and security systems. I bring in HVAC, electrical and plumbing professionals when needed.

Wiring and integrating alarms, doors, cameras, windows, keypads, readers and request-to-exit devices is what I do best when I’m not growing more cannabinoids. I also make sure everything works together properly with fire and life-safety systems.

I can help you select the right components, share access to my dealer accounts without adding a markup, guide your team through the installation, or teach you how to do it yourself.

I have seen how quickly cannabis companies can grow, with or without outside investment. I know you need to stay focused on the larger objectives. Building a regulated, secure and access-controlled facility can be daunting.

I want to demystify the process, share what I know and start paying it forward. This place is amazing, and I respect the people here.

If you want another set of eyes on a plan, need help solving a problem or would like to see my work in person, please reach out. I would love to help this community in every way possible.

I am licensed as a security technician in Maryland and Florida. Where available, I will seek reciprocity in your state.

Let’s build something together!

Much love.

I dug up an article in quality assurance magazine with a photo of me working with Dixie in Denver circa 2014.

Were any of you in the Colorado markets from 2012-2017? if you recognize that we’ve worked together before, I’d love to reconnect - please reach out via DM!

What an amazing time to be alive… I definitely miss that CO medical-only market. I had a 96 plant license for those first few years. I used my red card to grow for other patients, especially the ACDC 20:1 for a coworker at Dixie with Gillian-Barre. It immediately improved his quality of life and provided breakthru non-impairing relief so he could focus on providing for his family. We were blessed by Nikka T who worked a few sacks of CBD flower into solventless too, which made life better for everyone because just like R4 from Greenworks, ACDC was not a fun flower to smoke either. Side note: thanks to PRK, I no longer need glasses!

Michelle at cannabis university helped me get started, Ryan at Colorado trim opened my eyes to the scale of the industry - we probably trimmed >100 facilities in that first year. Kristi and Mary at Good meds network welcomed me into their company and taught me to operate their mountain dispensary, where we mostly open blasted and the trim went into crockpots filled with butter. What a ride! I took a few months off to snowboard, then I went to work with Tripp at Dixie. I started my first Maryland hemp company in 2015 while still living and working in Colorado, 3 years before the farm bill passed.

During my time as a patient, caregiver for several patients, and support employee for Colorado cannabis companies - I learned every step of the process from seed to sale, and how to vertically integrate it. Now it all flows together.

Have any of you walked a similar path?

Traditional, but yeah was doing my thing out here for a minute

But there was this one that was a legit market vertical integration design/build/upkeep deal. Was nice to have a farm with nothing between that and the mountains.

And then there were the others.

I know there’s at least 3 phones somewhere floating around here that have pics going back like 15 years and god knows how many grows me and the team built over the years. I miss it.

Anyone growing with hps is not doing good. And pictures of grows with them show we are antiquated. I have plenty too but I would not post them for a job contract in 2026

Leds were blurple then and fucking useless. For the timeframe he specified…that’s all there was.
