They have disposible refillable vapes but none that are similar to those

Why are you asking for empty? this is made for E-liquid, and prefilled, are you going to fill your CBD Oils?

most carts here have a window to check oil level, is this necessary for you?
btw, the elf bar is thick, not convenient to hold in hand
