About 21g at a time and getting around 65% to 70% return on 150 to 160 temp presses with an actual press time of less than 90secs. I usually let it contact both plates for about 20 secs or so before going into actual press time.
21 is the magic number.

I feather the weight and slowly

Letting it sit in the warm plates for a sec is also crucial to warm it up and get its juices flowing
