You are right. This roast is almost as bad as calling out Alex seigel who took a expired old water separation patent that revolved around carbohydrates and acid spikes in multiple compound petroleum well drilling water separators and reworded couple things and slid it past the patent clerk who didn’t realize he ripped off a old water separation process already in existence Using previously published work about carboxylic and non carboxylic water separation with crude oils and then filed a patent and lied to everyone saying he created it.
These guys should get married and bang.

Anyone in this group can pick and point to multiple plagiarisms filed by William Lanier. It is actually illegal to slide plagiarized and copied works of others into the patent office that was practiced in the public sphere for years. @TheWillBilly what going to happen to you when chemtors and your partners find out you’ve been lying and plagiarising other people’s work. Parenting things people were doing even in 2014-2018 publicly on the internet and Instagram far before you were working in a canalab. You lied on multiple patent filling forms to submit documentation that you didn’t invent or possess the ip originally. You lied and falsely sighed documents claiming it was novel and you were the inventor.
Dozens of users here can read through your plagiarism and pickup big operators who were practicing and doing your claimed tech years before you came along…

Kratom is a partial opioid agonist. Brutal half life. Many new users have no idea the nightmare withdrawal that awaits them after regular consumption.
Can’t sleep, emotional storms of hopelessness, restless legs, can’t regulate body temperature, (hot & cold sweats) diarrhea, loss of appetite, body aches, etc) these symptoms can last months…some cases even years. The mental war too. Physical may lighten up after a while but the mental can last much much longer. Dopamine receptors affected as well. Sick of ppl saying it’s harmless. bs.
Ppl are gaining real deal wealth selling it so some reading this hate me for speaking about it.
From my heart…you should tell your customers they can be addicted to it, nothing is worth the heart ache when you wake up and realize the damage you’ve caused.
(Speaking from experience, I sold heroin, crack, cocaine, pills…hurt my heart so bad when GOD showed me what I was actually doing to others) statute of limitations time has passed.

I don’t know about withdrawn but @TheWillBilly isn’t going to stop anyone in Canada or America making any thca blue or other colored diamonds. He doesn’t have legal right to actually enforce his plagiarized patents. Or the large portions that are plagiarized rewritten up from other people who contributed in the industry. Ive seen blue thca novelty product in Vancouver and the labs making it aren’t doing anything novel like @TheWillBilly makes claims to. Two of the vendors I’ve seen at a vendor event claim to have received and adapted the recipe from previous/current staff that know William Lanier and have worked with him.
Try calling that number I posted and getting that help you need

The title of this thread is described as vague blanket patent.
Through discussion and even with your previous comments we’ve been discussing people who don’t care about the industry, people who do patent trolling, and or other collective topics like patents that were submitted to uspto against someone else’s known or publicly known sops that aren’t considered novel, or the work of said persons.
@TheWillBilly is gaslighting and trying to change subject. But he knows he’s in the spotlight for lying on patents and plagiarism of processes. This has nothing to do with his comments about “getting help” as is has to do with him completely guilty of being a patent troll and lying on patents and patenting other people’s known ip and work.
@TheWillBilly not only should not be trusted, but there’s women in the industry who claim he is a sexual predator and abused them mentally if they don’t engage or sleep with him, as well as firing them. Is this the kind of people this forum exists to protect. Is that why you want to clean up the thread @Sidco_Cat to protect this guy? The same person who treats women like garbage in this industry?
