Just curious, if you had a small operation doing vape cartridge filling by hand that wanted to step up to a good semi-automatic solution, what system would you buy? Looking to spend less than $10k, ideally more in the range of $5k.

I would go to cart farm and get their semi automatic filler, i filled 5000 units in the matter of a few days without much issue, capping is much more strenuous. I think thye sell theirs for 4k last I checked. paging @cart.farm

Even if there were better options subjectively you will be unhappy with the poor customer service and downright deplorable attitude and behavior of the other company.
vapejets are a lot more than 8k though.
Seen the 2.0 for used for 5.

Check out the CleanCore Single filling machine. Fills 2-4k carts per day. Disposables and carts are precapped so it also takes a ton of labor out of the cartridge filling process. Single Filler is $8k
If small operation on cart filling, semi auto cart filler will be better. It’s more cost effective than the auto ones. Also big auto filling machine like Shark 710, it’s not that easy to operate. Check longwill spider 4.0 cart filling machine, or FM10 smart filling machine, original manufacturer in China
Selling my brand if interested. Packaging hardware website ect → 6k…I can include everything you would need (autofiller, homogenizer,terps ect) for another 1500 if you were still in the market

Out of the box our machine comes with every attachment needed to fill all varieties of: 510 cartridges, luer lock syringes, disposables, pods, two hole disposables/pods(via our proprietary custom dual needle adapter which is also included).
It’s a high pressure system(presses between 600-700 psi).
Our precision temperature control system keeps temps within 1-2 degrees of set point, and has independent temp controls for both the syringe as well as the vessel. The precision temp controls, and high pressure allow you to run any formulation(including live rosin, and live diamonds) at lower temps than competing machines to preserve the quality of your terpenes/product to the Nth degree.
Made from food grade stainless, and foot operated. This machine has been recorded filling up to 2200 units per hour, per operator via our customer GVB BIO Pharma(who gave us permission to disclose their metrics for promotional purposes) who will happily confirm this for anyone who is skeptical.
Fill accuracy is ±.01ml
Waste is .5 grams - 1 gram for an entire production run(yes that means for runs with 1000’s of units too)
At the end of the day though, what is the value of great equipment without great service to match?
