How to Cultivate Brand Authenticity

I post a lot of branding/business content on other platforms, but not here as much…… We share a lot of information about hands on applications in cannabis, but many of us are running full scale traditional manufacturing companies now, and there is a lot more than growing or extracting the good good that goes along with being successful.

Anyway, hoping some of you will get some value out of these posts…

I’ve been working on a systematic method for building authentic brands….

Authenticity is definitely a dense topic with a lot of details at each stage, and it’s also something that is really tough to define accurately.

In general, it means maintaining consistency and honesty across all stages of brand and product development:

The founder’s experiences flow to the founder.

The founder’s vision flows into their brand.

The brand’s ethos flows into its products.

The products’s attributes flow into their marketing.

The marketing content flows into the packaging.

The packaging opens up to an experience that mimics the ones the founder had, that started it all…
