D8 edibles act like properly decarbed D9 edibles and creep on you until they hit you 2-4 hours later, but with much less anxiety. D8 dabs don’t drain the fluid out of my face and make me sweat out of my t-shirt like I’m dying like D9 dabs.

The search bar is your friend. Try searching for the term “hydroxy”.
I think some consensus on it converting to 11-Hydroxy in your gut. Similar to d9

D8 or d9 dabs do absolutely nothing for me. I can dab them endless with zero effect.
Orally, d8 will convert to 11-ho-d8thc and is much more effective for me. It is the same biological pathway as d9 converting to 11-ho-d9THC.
D8 is just less potent then d9 but with equivalent doses will produce a similar effect. There may be subtle differences experienced differently by each user but the effect profile is very similar.
