We stick trays inside ziplocks, fill with nitrogen till they puff up like a potato chip bag and keep them in a sealed bakerās rack to keep the light out
What kind of seal are you all using for your 1g concentrate containers?
My current lids just have a paper liner which doesnāt actually seal, we use a sticker on the outside of the box for tamper evidence. I was worried that the seal material might degrade from the terpenes, but now Iām noticing my badders are drying out a little bit in storage. The room is probably 70F.
Is anyone using a PSA seal like this or an induction foil cap system like this for storing their individual units?

Distillate I hear, and in my experience, do not refrigerate for moisture reasons

Calyx containers offers an fep liner. I did a quick search on the chemical compatibility the other day and it rates well for a lot of the stuff we would use of for.
I was just looking at those! Maybe Iāll try them for our next run of packaging.
Unfortunately I have a bunch of lids I need to find a way to use so Iām looking for some type of seal that can be added. Hard to find reliable material info on amazon to check for compatibility.
I use these with the liner option and they are the best glass containers I have found for concentrates. No China glass here.
