You must identify a niche that has yet to be conformed too, identify openings and gaps in the market and deploy your concept/technology into that gap. Surefire success. Find out where the shortcomings of your competition/industry are and develope a product that slots in nicely to minimize the amount of actual competition you have.
Just spitballin here; I don’t know the most about carts, but what I do know is everyone is doing the same shit and “innovations” are more or less the following
