Has anybody tried this hotplate? It has chrome stirrings rods, is this ok as opposed to stainless steel? I am using it to use dilute and add terps to my distillate. Thanks

I have used the version that doesn’t have temperature control. Use it to stir thick stuff and it’s actually powerful. Even with the cheap stir bars there is a strong connection.
