We are a rapidly growing white label hemp manufacturing company specializing in vapes, pre-rolls, flower packout, blunts, shipping, fulfillment, and more. We are seeking two motivated and reliable Production Assistant Managers to join our leadership team at our North Carolina facility.
Position Overview
As a Production Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4–10 workers on a specific production line under the guidance of the Production Manager. You’ll assist in the daily oversight of one or more of the following operations:
- Flower Packaging Machine Line
- Pre-Roll Production Line
- Vape Filling Line
Your role will be to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently, materials are accurate, SOPs are followed, and output targets are met. You’ll receive daily production sheets and be expected to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Position Details
Title: Production Assistant Manager
Location: Greenville, NC
Salary: $50,000/year (negotiable based on experience)
Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Occasional Saturday shifts as needed
Shift schedule and days are negotiable. Overtime pay is available for additional hours/weekend work.
Relocation & Housing Support
- Temporary housing assistance available upon relocation
- Relocation expense support considered depending on experience
Ideal Candidate Background
Required/Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing (any industry welcome)
- Inventory tracking and management
- Operating under SOPs and executing production orders
- Critical thinking and quality assurance mindset
- Ability to spot material or hardware mismatches before production begins
Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):
- Forklift certification
- Driving a 26-ft box truck
- Operation of pre-roll knockboxes or cart filling machines
- Basic knowledge of dosage calculations (e.g., mg of ingredients or grams per unit)
