If your extraction/processing lab is anything like most you probably have equipment that is in need of some help, especially if the OEM or importer isn’t terribly concerned with after-sale support (which from experience is far too many)
I own part of an extraction lab and my own machine shop, equipped with a 17x40 metal lathe, CNC mill, surface grinder, belt grinder, MIG & TIG welders, saws, mag drill, torch and a great many hand and other power tools. I can weld stainless, aluminum (including cast) and steel, fix damaged threads, find & repair leaks, extract broken pipe stubs & broken fasteners and fabricate custom pieces.
I’ve got experience with BHO and ethanol extraction systems, solvent recovery systems, gear, piston, progressive cavity and diaphragm pumps, centrifuges, chillers, PID controllers, hammer mills and shredders, troubleshooting control systems, Siemens & Allen Bradley PLC’s, commissioning and programming VFD’s from Siemens, Schneider Electric, TB Woods, Allen Bradley, Teco, Yaskawa, Fuji and others from 1/4 up to 250 HP. Rotary and static phase converters installation and troubleshooting. I’ve rebuilt or repaired CMEP, Appion and Haskell recovery pumps. Air compressors from IR, Gardner Denver, Champion, Sullair and CP. Vacuum pumps from Welch, Across International, Edwards, Leybold and others.
If I can’t help you out I can probably point you to someone who can, and can also advise local suppliers for electrical , plumbing, sanitary and automation components. I am not a broker or a wannabe “consultant”, I do detail oriented quality work at reasonable prices and have references who can attest to my skillset and work ethic.
If you need something made or fixed that’s unrelated to the cannabis industry I can probably help with that too.
My shop is east of Denver in Strasburg, but I live up in Firestone so I commute thru Denver and can meet along the way or offer pickup/dropoff services for reasonable as well
