Turn key for teas, yes. Specialty beverage facilities are definitely more cautious this year. Can you send me your location?

Uf you are referring to the $3mm plant by Salem Oregon. Check him out very carefully. He wnts you to extend a long term low rent lease to his current tenant. Background that Corp to find where the links lead back to. Also pay close attention to the appraised assets vs the offering.
