Based on what I’m seeing in the market in Texas I would like to take a chance on purchasing hemp derived D9 disty. It currently is being sold in stores, and the companies selling it haven’t been shutdown. So if anyone is a verified slanger that carries this product please reach out. Thank you.

I think the loophole that these companies are using is the law say (testing below 0.3% D9 dry weight.) so they create products that meet those dey weight standards. It’s definitely risky though.

To update, I just saw some D8 carts at the other corner store. Guess we are back to No mans land in TX

What I am think is that they are white labeling in legal states and making it with D9. Just have to make sure of dry weight. You can’t tell if the D9 came from hemp or not ( this is my understanding correct me if I am wrong).
If my thinking is true then lots of legal edibles that are 9-10mg and are nicely sized are 100% legal through the hemp law. Only works if you can’t tell the difference of D9 hemp ( this is really outside the box thinking here)
I think conversion are detectable via the presence of iso-thcs
