What pressure do u pour at? A lil juicy not too wet tho. Im a lil stiffer at -2 approx

Looks like a good return in the pan. I like my a lil stiff not ridiculous and i whip and bake 120 to crumble out. I hate pouring slabs anymore unless someone has $s . pans soooo much easier
