Hey! We just launched our unique new delta-8 edibles and are looking for some help on the distribution side of things to smoke shops, gas stations, etc. They are mini waffle cones filled with delta-8 thc chocolate in two flavors - milk chocolate and cookies & cream. We have been getting great feedback and engagement on social media from these and have even been reached out to from four different smoke shop distributors looking to carry our products. Was wondering if there was anyone in this community that knows of a way to help on the distribution side of things whether you own smoke shops or know people who do. Ice cream is easy, just use mct as the carrier and add it with the liquid flavoring
Have you tried just bootstrapping your own distribution to start? It’s not super scalable, but one or two people can definitely manage outreach, follow up, and resupply of 100+ stores with less than 3-4 hours of work a day if you’re organized and using a CRM like Hubspot.
This is how I got started and it’s totally doable.

It’s such a shame when people obviously spend a lot of money on a cool product only to cheap out on lawyers. A letter of legal opinion from a solid attorney runs ~$800, and specifically fixes stupid mistakes like this.
