Heater for 6 inch Wiped Film Jacket

I’m looking for a ~4-6kW heating circulator capable of 50C to 250C range that’s UL or ETL listed for the jacket portion of the 6 inch wiped film column I’m running (the glassware is lab1st GMD-150). Any recommendations? I was going to go with Mokon but their lead times are 12 weeks.

If its a glass unit a 3kw julabo se12 is plenty. Make sure you wrap the exterior.

It is a glass column yes. I’d prefer not to wrap it but can if I have to. The mokon was 6kW for $8.5k which is the best I’ve found. Know of anything comparable to that?

50% of your heat transfer surface runs at a loss of you dont insulate. More kw into process less into your hvac. But its your show.

Way overkill for a glass wiper. 12kw deltat on my kd10 and its more than necessary.
