Eh, that’s a subjective thing imo, I don’t have a puffco pro btw, but I’ve seen people swear by them. The thing about being able to hit a specific temp and stay near it is something they say is better than a rig.
I use another brand erig myself, it does its job well enough and I like the simplicity of it.
Edit: people still are gonna use traditional rigs though, I do agree with you there. And fwiw, I think they hit harder as well lol.
I wouldn’t really call what I get high. Not at this moment atleast. I need a t-break. Its hard out here testing 500mg drinks and dabbing grams a day. Trying to fucking slam dunk every dab will just make it worse and is so inconvenient. You call bangers and rigs king, and try to like down carts. Last time I checked carts do big boy numbers compared to dabs. Your age and industry experience are showing.
Bro. I’ve been in this game and on this forum before you. This isn’t even my first account it’s like my 4th. And I blow glass for a living. On top of that I was lead lab tech at an extraction facility that I partially owned. But ya I don’t know what I’m talking about.
Go suck your China painted e cig boomer.
Carts do big boy numbers compared to dab rigs? Ya you don’t know this industry lol. There’s 1 mil dollar rigs. Show me that million dollar cart.
And even if carts do out number the rigs sold (which is irrelevant because it’s massed produced in China for Pennies and not even a direct comparison what so ever) that doesn’t change any of the facts that I’ve said here. Carts don’t rip like a rig now you just sound dumb so what are you getting at. One is art. One is and ecig. Not comparable
My point was that e-rigs like the proxy and stuff from puffco(and now we can bring carts into it) are taking market share by the fucking truck load from the already small 'heady rig" market.
You seem super sour and were kinda crooked in your comments. That shit is fucking hilarious. So I kept engaging in this thread.
I’ve noticed the people to buy into this kinda thing is the same person that buys China glass for the most part (not everyone obviously)
So it’s not like they would spend money on a heady rig anyway.
And there’s a plethora of artists making actual heady pipes for the proxy. If anything it helped artists in that aspect. There is for sure an influx of artists making usa made proxy pipes. Heady glass may have its ups and downs. But it’s art in the end. And art isn’t going to be affected by a China massed produced ecig.
Sorry for coming across as harsh in my previous posts.
I used to make custom vaporizers. Custom milled. Super clean work. Super small hard to make parts in materials that could stick. Doing tricks. Putting the “art” into it.
This is what I vape now. I literally went through this hyper speed market trend in under 10 years. I’m just always trying to share my experience. Probably cause I’m getting old
Idk who buys it. Sure isn’t me. But it’s out there. One sec I’ll pull up some pics. The rigs I’ll post will value between 100k-1mil. Prob not ever going to get smoked out of to be honest.
But with that said there’s artists (like me) that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg so if your worried there’s no need to be. Break it and it’s only 150-300. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen Puffco brand attachments sell for more…
These are all functional dab rigs.
All weigh like 15-20 + lbs of usa color ($$$$$)
And are mostly made with 5 artists (or more) in the same shop at the same time. And takes them all about a week or more all working 12 plus hour days. These are all huge pieces. And are all valued over 100k. There’s more I just didn’t want to keep taking screenshots
I got this sick cfl reactive rig available that I made if anybody is interested.
$150. Can also make a matching Slurper set or spinner cap. Or dabber.
My oxygen system is down and I’m $150 short on the repair bill. If anybody wants it you’d be helping me out for sure
