Try blowing glass and you will appreciate the work and skill that goes into creating these expensive pieces. Nobody is saying go and spend $5k-$10k on a piece to use as a daily driver. If you appreciate the work then youāll appreciate smoking out of it. Also note that you get what you pay for. China glass is $30 because they use cheap glass and they make thin walls to support their structure. Making your piece brittle and more susceptible to breaking gives them the opportunity to gain your return business.

I have a chinese piece of glass thatās a beast. One of the thickest pieces Iāve seen.
Saying all Chinese glass is paper thin is a blanket statement thatās not true.
Art pieces are indeed nice, but saying you get what you pay for is not true at all here Iād argue as well.

The only reason why I kind of understand how it works, and how he gets away with it is because Iām an artist that has been drawing my whole life. I remember learning about that stuff in high school during my portfolio art classes. It is a grey area, and if heās for sure not selling anything and not making money from it heās fine. Kind of hard to go after someone who didnāt really benefit (by means of payment, or what have you) from the artwork. Sure people think itās awesome, but I truly doubt that any sale has ever been contingent on the swag that they get with the purchaseā¦
To be fair, itās actually costing him money because he has to pay the artist, then the cost of the materials before branding, cost for materials to be branded, the cost of warehouse workers to move store and pack materials, and finally shipping for those that requested a swag pack without ever making any purchasesā¦
He totally gets my respect and appreciation for this! BUT one of these Iāll write out fully my take/opinion on the whole Killa thingā¦ I donāt want to be negative, or weāll say openly honest during a time when we should be celebrating and being positive!

I think itās awesome as well. Personally, I think itās awesome heās shipping the swag and all. I have no issues with summit. I just donāt like vulgar people that canāt help to insult others.
Iād never let my ego get in the way of honesty. Iām the first person to refer summit for glass. Even Edwardās vac pumps. What I wonāt do is let some one call me a moron and all that other shit.

You donāt have to tell me that you refer people to Summit because I know you do. Through all of this shit, you still to my knowledge, havenāt attacked him personally or talk shit about him. Just during the outbreaks that happen on here, and mostly because you are defending yourself. I still have NEVER heard you talk shit about him at least to me in any of our discussion (Even during the discussion of this very subject). Thatās why Iām so bothered by it.
