Responsibilities

Be able to effectively and succinctly communicate with customers and subcontractors.

Responsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction on the assigned project.

Responsible for managing a budget and schedule goals of the assigned project, from project inception through project closeout.

Performs risk-analysis / forecasting for projects in order to minimize the negative impact on the company

Leverages knowledge of system delivery milestones to capture reduced costs wherever possible
-
Responsible for effective oversight, negotiations, and management of multiple subcontractors and projects.
Requirements

Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required.
-
High School or Trade School degree in a discipline related to business or business management.

Ability to travel for trade shows and sales.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Project. As well as Adobe Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier).

Prefered 3+ years of online and offline marketing experience for consumer related products.

Significant Brand image creation and project management experience.

Strong end-user demand creation and name recognition experience.

Able to work as team leader, follow management decisions and execute toward achieving company goals.

Able to manage ecommerce sites and create and manage weekly promotions
-
Experience in SEO optimization and social media marketing, especially Instagram, FB etc.

Manage and coordinate multiple company Instagram and 3rd party Instagram accounts.

Work with 3rd party photographers and models for content creation.

Manage and organize trade show exhibitions.

Oversee graphic creation content and within established deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-
Strong drive with a positive attitude and commitment to meeting Deliverables. A real problem solver.

Able to negotiate and minimize costs and stay within established budgets
-
Able to properly analyze Return On Investments (ROI) and manage affiliate sites.

Able to discern various state, national and international legal requirements and limitations and report efficiently to the management team.

Preferred Degree in marketing or related fields.
