The biggest take away from that recipe for me waa the fruit ratios and āTartaric acid is added to help gel
the pectin.ā
Blew my mind i spent like a month trying ways to make a mango gel or gummies because well naturally occuring abilities of the mangoā¦ make the proteins in gelatine not set properly. Same with pineapple. This vendors molds will be perfect. Just gotta get a stainless steel depositor and you are set.
