The biggest take away from that recipe for me waa the fruit ratios and “Tartaric acid is added to help gel
the pectin.”
Blew my mind i spent like a month trying ways to make a mango gel or gummies because well naturally occuring abilities of the mango… make the proteins in gelatine not set properly. Same with pineapple. This vendors molds will be perfect. Just gotta get a stainless steel depositor and you are set.
